very s l o w getting scripts made up. They need to put extra staff on
drop in a script at 9am they tell you 10mins so you go back in 20 mins & your told there is still 3 in front another 10 mins so go back after 15 mins only to be told still not ready 3 in front of you. Pathetic so slow.
They open 9am I am the only customer to go in no other customers around anywhere I walk up & hand them a prescription for 1 box of tablets. Still no other customers the staff tell me will be ready in approx. 10 mins. I go back 15 mins later only to be told another 10mins as there are 4 in front of me??? how can there be 4 in front of me when I was the first customer in the door. it happens on a regular basis. In future I will go to Cowra,
